All you need to know about tickets

Kalemana ticket includes:

 

  • The activities included in the ticket’s type you purchased (see FAQ below) for both days of the Festival.
  • The Kalemana bag with a beach towel and some other little surprises. You will receive it during the check-in. 

The ticket covers both days of the Festival, there is no “partial” ticket type to attend only one of the two days. Enjoy your Kalemana experience at 100%! ☀️

    • Standard ticket includes all main activities offered during the Festival at the main stage + “always on” activity areas
    • Experience ticket includes: main stage activities + “always on” areas activities + one extra experience.

    IMPORTANT: experiences are limited in number! Close to the event date, we will give those who have purchased this type of ticket the chance to sign up. Participation in your favorite experience is not guaranteed. We encourage you to attend the Festival with the spirit of trying new experiences, and to welcome anything you can do.

No, the ticket price does not include any meals. As soon as we have more information about the options available to you we will create a “Where to Eat” section here on our website. Please keep it monitored.
You can pay for your ticket on our site by credit or debit card. You can also pay by 3 or 4 installments.  No other payment methods are available.
For sure! During the purchase process a small window will open. You can indicate the quantity of tickets you are interested in purchasing. The payment will be one. For each ticket you will be asked to enter the participant’s first name, last name and email address.

A “Merchandise” section will be open on this website soon. You will find our signature Kalemana Festival items ☀️

 

Wear them, show them off, give them as gifts to those who want to live the Kalemana experience really at 360°!

 

IMPORTANT: Items will NOT be shipped, but can be picked up on Festival days by showing your payment receipt in advance.

Tickets are not refundable, regardless of the reasons.

However, up to 2 days pre-event, and no later, you will be able to surrender it (to a relative/friend/acquaintance, etc.) and notify us of the name change via email to info@kalemanafestival.it

IMPORTANT: You may yield your ticket to someone you know at any time, regardless of the type of ticket and the price at which you purchased it.

However, you cannot try to resell your ticket (online and on social media) if it is on sale on our site at that time for the same price. Remember that https://kalemanafestival.it/ is the only official sales channel! 😉

Event

All you need to know about event

The Festival starts on Saturday, September 14 at 10:00 a.m. and it ends on Sunday, September 15 at 5:00 p.m. In case of any need, you can arrive or leave the festival whenever you want, knowing that, alas, you will miss some of the proposed activities. “partial” tickets are not available (e.g., to attend only one day).
We will provide a bag with a beach towel, which we recommend you use for various beach activities. In fact, we do not recommend bringing a mat, which is a bit more uncomfortable to use in these circumstances. Comfortable clothes are recommended but bring your swimsuit + any spare parts. Since it is a beach event, don’t forget to wear a hat/bandana for the sun and a water bottle to have water available at all times. In case of bad weather, the event will still take place (unless otherwise stipulated by Municipal regulations that we will have to adhere to), so bring a k-way too for safety!

Kalemana Festival will be at Club del Sole’s Marina Family Village village and beach in Marina di Ravenna.

 

Here’s how to get there:

 

BY CAR 🚗: on Google Maps, you can enter the full address “Viale dei Campeggi 8, 48122 Punta Marina RA” and follow the directions starting from your own town. At the Campground you will find ample free parking.

 

BY TRAIN 🚂: from your city, you can reach the nearest train station, which is Ravenna. From there you can book a cab or reach the Camping by bus, line 80. There is a stop right at the entrance of the village!

 

BY PLANE✈️: You can get from your city to the nearest airport, which is Guglielmo Marconi in Bologna. From there you can book a cab, rent a car or reach the campsite by public transportation. There is a bus stop (line 80) right at the entrance of the village!

“Extra” experiences are additional activities that will be offered during Kalemana, but are not included in the main program of the event (main stage activities + “always on” areas). These experiences will be limited in number, so those interested should purchase a dedicated type of ticket, subject to availability. Each person (with an experience ticket), when the time comes, will be able to book one experience only. This is because (as mentioned above) extra experiences are limited in number, and we need to allow everyone to participate. Close to the event date, we will send an email with the list of available experiences so that each person can secure a spot. IMPORTANT: Since numbers are limited, you may not necessarily be able to reserve your favorite experience! It will depend on what you find available at the time you make your reservation. Therefore we suggest having an open and curious mind. Be ready to enthusiastically accept the activity you’ll have the chance to experience.
Absolutely not! Everybody is welcome at Kalemana Festival, you don’t need to have any previous experience with Yoga or any other offered activities. Certainly, the most important thing is to listen to your body and do what you can, without going beyond your limits, but with your mind open to try new experiences 🙂

All you need to know

If you will be coming with someone else (e.g., your partner and your children), but they do not intend to attend the Festival, you can still book one of the accommodations at the Marina Family Village and stay there all together. You, owning the Kalemana ticket, will have access to the relevant beach and you will be able to participate in all the activities planned during the Festival on September 14 and 15. Others will be able to move around the Campground but will NOT have access to the Kalemana beach and will NOT be able to take part in any event activity.

During the Festival, several activities will be offered, both dynamic and softer 🙂 If you feel comfortable participating in this kind of event (and your doctor/gynecologist agree), you are more than welcome! Personally, you will evaluate the activities you feel like doing and those you prefer to avoid, no problem 😉

Will you be coming to Kalemana with your little ones?

At Kalemana, we offer a kids’ club service provided by our Hospitality Partner, Club del Sole.

Just a 3-minute walk from Kalemana Beach, your children can play and enjoy a wonderful day in complete safety.

It’s a fun and convenient way to ensure they have an unforgettable day while you soak up all the vibes of the Festival.

The kids’ club is open to all children aged 4 and above and will be available during the following hours:

SATURDAY: 9 AM – 12 PM and 5 PM – 8 PM
SUNDAY: 9 AM – 1 PM

Bring your kids with you to Kalemana.

For them, and for you, it will be a fantastic experience.

Yes, at Kalemana beach you will find: restrooms, bar/restaurant areas, drinking fountains where you can refill your water bottle, and shaded areas to rest during the hottest hours.
In case of bad weather, the Festival will still take place, but the program may change. We encourage you to bring a poncho/k-way for safety. So the event will take place regardless of weather conditions, barring any municipal directives which we will, of course, have to adhere to.
No, animals will not be allowed on the beach Festival’s beach.
